Hi,
Have you ever seen those shipping cardboard floppy mockup that you usually
get with a new drive? That would be the ideal. Short of that you could
probably make your own with rigid but non-abrasive carboard, use a floppy as
a template and off you go...

am wondering about their long term storage. is it
better to close the
drive's
latch or leave it unlatched? i would think that having
the drive
latched/door
closed would keep the drive from possibly getting
misaligned if it got
moved
or bumped around but on the other hand, having the
drive closed for long
periods of time could possibly deform the head load pad. comments?
