Sorry, I meant home personal computers. PDPs, IMSAIs, various
development systems don't count. Satisfied? 
Most early "home computers" do have the functionality of a
debugger in ROM - they just take decimal numbers, not Hex/Octal, and 
require you to type PEEK and POKE :-).
