The scan of http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/www.bitsavers.org/pdf/att/unix/System_V_… has good contents, but the back cover skewed in the scanner. I picked up a copy that is missing the back cover and I want to print a replacement. Anyone have something I can print? Thanks, -ethan
