Yeah, I would'nt rely on Bigfoot drives, too. They are *very* low-cost and
so is
the quality and therefore >reliability.
We had several of these which gave up work quite
quickly.
One should try to avoid them.

Has anyone checked
http://www.pcliquidator.com for smaller hard drives. Some
things they sell are a bit over priced but most are pretty good. They have a
bunch of under 10GB drives for sale, both SCSI and IDE, plus check the bulk
section for assorted "pot luck" drives all tested and cleaned. I have no
affiliation with them but have bought a bunch of stuff from them in the past
for older system repairs.
