Have the contents of these bundles been okayed for distribution? IIRC,
the Internet Archive (excluding things like the Wayback Machine) has
always focused mainly on things that are either in the public domain
or which are licensed for free redistribution. While the TOSEC
metadata might be so licensed, I can't imagine that everything
described by that metadata would be similarly okay.
