Thanks Al. I checked that out and it looks like it's designed to live at
F000h. The monitor ROM in the S-100 machine I'm working on actually lives
at 0000h. This means that it's either turned off by the boot process, or
the system was never designed to run CP/M. If it is turned off by the
software coming off the boot device, it becomes a more difficult problem
to solve. Not having any schematics, docs, or software makes it very much
an uphill climb.
