Looks like the Albuqurque Altairs are coming out of the woodwork. There is now a 680 and a 680b to go with the 8800bt.

If anyone was monitoring the auction of the 680 a couple of weeks ago which did not meet the reserve price of $2500 - thought you might be interested to know that it was bought by a buyer in Italy after the auction. The purchaser bought it only to trade for an original 8800 which he has done.

It will be interesting to see what happens with these 680's currently up for auction. It appears that the eBay bidders are not very aware of the scarcity of the 680 and are consumed by the hype surrounding the 8800.
