I agree, racks like that are surely rare enough to warrant a rescue!
If I were local, I'd go for it!

Congrats to whomever gets it. It's certainly an unusual find - just
too from me to even contemplate trying to get it.
I'll be curious to learn if there are any part number or serial number
plates stuck on the back anywhere.
