I wouldn't use Parcel Force personally. Much better to use Amtrak, UPS, FedEx, anyone ...! They regularly dump stuff on my doorstep without waiting to see if anyone's in... doesn't matter if it's raining either (it often is!) }:-| I gave up complaining about it ages ago, and now just ask people to use Amtrak instead if possible. If Parcel Farce can't deliver something from Bristol to Bath without it getting damaged there's not much hope of them getting it across the Atlantic... use somebody else and do yourself a favour :-) -- al
