Anyone have a pointer to the TC08 Random Exerciser (TCRANX.DG) that is on
the OS/8 diagpack2.rk05?

My documentation says that the TC08 used the TC01 diagnostics so that is
likely MAINDEC-08-D3RA-D. The instructions for running in are at page 51
of http://www.pdp8online.com/pdp8cgi/query_docs/view.pl?id=1045
I don't have the full diag on paper. I may have it on microfiche though
didn't find it in a quick look. If I do I can take pictures of selected pages.
Let me know if I need to look further.
