The @ is the ODT prompt.
If you type a / that prints the contents of the current address
and if you enter a number it will replace it.
@$n (n=0 to 7) prints a regiters contents and can alter it.
@1773000G Start executing at 773000 (octal!) That address is commonly
the address of rom bootstraps.

That is a unix gziped tar file of RT-11 V5.3.
