As I've stated, the prefix trashes trying to sort messages by subject.
It's not simply a problem of how much space it takes up.

I suspect the problem is with specific eMail software, from what I've seen
of this on other lists. It usually seems to be certain people that
have/cause this problem.
I am aware of no mail filters which only allow
filtering on Subject:.
Actually some software such as Eudora Pro can.
