Yes, yes it does. I forgot to mention I replaced the 680LC40 with a
full 68040. HUGE difference!
Now you just need to do the 25 MHz => 33 MHz modification (couple of

really ambitious and can find a MC88916DW80 do the 25 MHz => 40 MHz
modification.
