Commodore, like Apple, was COMPLETELY soft-sector - it
ignored the index
pulse COMPLETELY, and therefore would work with hard-sector, soft-sector,
upside down (with write enable notch), ...
It seems as though anything which isn't MFM is assumed to be hard-sector. =/
