I think the concept *cheap labor* is why you have cheap PCB manufacturing.
Does "Electronics and Wireless World" have somebody doing PCB's for them?
I remember a lot of good projects but very little about the PCB's and
stuff when I could get it in Canada.

I can't comment on the quality of their services, I just happened to have

I've not used any of them, but a friend of mine who does electronic
design and prototyping has used PCBtrain and had no problems.
