Hi Garrett,
It is interesting that you just posted on Intel Bubble memories as I was just going to put
a for-sale posting up for my Intel Bubble Cassette reader and bubble module (identical to
your second set of photos).
I wrote a CP/M-80 Bubble Cassette Bios to interface my unit to a home-brew Z80 system and
had it working nicely.
I have some documentation called BPK 72 Bubble Memory Prototype Kit User's Manual
121685-003. The BPK-72 kit is a small board with the bubble controller(s) and one
permanently mounted bubble. The bubble cassette system (2nd set of photos) appears to be
the BPK-72 board redesigned into a cassette kit. I believe the pin outs and power are the
same as the BPK-72 documentation.
The BPK-72 documentation says it?s a 1Mbit Bubble Memory System with an 8-bit interface.
Power requirements are +5v @385ma and +12v @ 400ma.
If any list readers are interested in purchasing my Intel Bubble Cassette Kit and CP/M-80
Bios (paper printout) I'm interested in selling it to help fund new technology
purchases.

Subject: Intel PC Bubble Card Software?
Hi,
We just got a couple of these Intel PC Bubble Cards in today, and they didn't have any
software with them.
Does anyone have the software for these? Or know where I might find a copy?
Both of the two cards are pre-production versions. I am not 100% sure of the model
#'s.
One says Intel "MD-054", and the other says "MD # 25-54", SN#'s
180 and 191 respectively.

I also received this in as well, and can't find any information about it.
The removable cassette is really heavy. Thinking maybe Bubble Memory? Any help
identifying it would be great!
