Unlikely, temperature damage tends to affect the whole display, either uniformly or graduated from the area that was frozen or heated. Lost lines are usually due to the connection to the conductors on the glass becomming detached. This can often be repaired just by bending the tabs on the back of the LCD fram a little. Lee.
