They're ST3283Ns (248Mb SCSI-2) but I already found the info at the site
that Kirk posted.
BTW I don't have a SCSI-2 controller so if anyone can use these make me
an offer. There are two drives and they're 248 Mb SCSI-2 with 12 mS
average access time.
