UPS has already come by and they agreed to process a claim. My options are to get my money back and give them the machine or to get it fixed and they pay for the repairs or replacement -- up to my costs. I don't think replacement is very possible. The UPS guy suggested that I go to circuit city or Best Buy and buy the replacement parts.... Uhhhhh.....
