the 74S287 can't be programmed on the 29B/Unipak, however, I just bought a
unipak2B which does program the 74S287, which is definitely cheaper than the
82S129. Cool!

The Nat Semi DM74S287 is on the supported device list of my BP Micro
programmer, no idea if it is supported by the 29B.
