Could someone please take a closeup photo of the DEC/PDP logo on their
11/03 or 11/23 and send it to me? Or point me to a site which have it? I
need to match the paint for the logo restoration.

The logo isn't painted on my PDP11V03-L. I have a couple of quick
low-light snapshots up, and can take better ones Sunday if you still
need them.
