Yes, there was something wrong with the images 2,3 and 6... but thanks to Mike's infinite patience... I now have a complete set. The pages will be available on my web site in JPEG format (cuts them from about 1.2mb tiffs down to about 200k jpegs) and in a PDF "collection".
