Radio Shack used a slightly modified version of the WD1000 controller
board, which added a write-protect feature, for the TRS-80 models 1, 2, 3,
4, 16, and 6000. The controller was mounted in the master drive.
The same basic WD1000 or WD1001 controller design, with customization, was
used in the Fortune 32:16 and ACD HDC-1001. Probably others as well.
