You must have worked for GM. :p At one place I worked, there were a
couple of 024 keypunches, which didn't print across the top of the
card and many punctuation characters had to be multi-punched.
At CDC Sunnyvale, one of programmers in CPD was blind. Cards were
very easy for him to read--and he didn't have to bother running them
through the IBM 557...
