<>uPD414 is the equivalent of a 4027 DRAM (4096 x 1bits). What's a 2414? <> Did you mean 2114, or 2147? I was wrking for NEC when that part was current. I have an old catalog and the MK4027 was the one I was trying to remember. Allison
