Is anyone aware of a *nix program to go through mailbox format mail files, and removing duplicate emails (I would guess by message id). In addition, I'd like to split up a single very large mbox file into separate chunks, say... 200mb each. Would be nice if the program would show the date ranges of emails in the chunk. Yes, I can write something like this, but before I spend the time on it I was wondering if anyone had, or knew of, a tool to do this. I'm trying to get the complete mailing list archives in order. There are definitely chunks of the archives missing (so if anyone has a complete set back to the start, just send them to me on CD *grin*). There's always been a few chunks missing, and I'd really like to get it all back together for the new server. Plus, set up some stuff to automate maintenance of the raw mbx's which are running "just a tad large" right now. Thanks for any help.... (off list please) Jay West
