25 years on, and Usenet is still going. It even uses IPv6 these days, although
you can still use UUCP if you want! Most of its users has buggered off to
Facebook and other clunky web-based trinkets, and so October is finally here. I
bet Facebook won't be still around in a quarter-century.

Also, spot the Ultra 30s at the bottom of the rack. At one point I owned two,
and being typical Sun hardware, they probably weighed as much as a Vax. In my
most recent move, the final one was just dumped in the street for the chavs to
strip and recycle, given I could never find a collector who was prepared to
actually collect it.
