Seth,
Can you dump the EPROMS of the old Rev. D firmware before replacing
them? I'm interested in tracking what changed over the different
firmware revisions.

I was wrong about my firmware version. I had Rev C, which is one of the
ones Glen Slick has already dumped. If someone else has Rev. D, it'd be
nice to have that for comparison too.
