I seem to remember that each shuttle carries a phone book sized volume of
the known software bugs/limitations. Many of the problems would require
software rewrite which would require recertification so they are left alone.
One know bug was/is that the input consoles share a common keyboard buffer,
if two persons type simultaneously then you end up with a mixture.
There is an ACM article in September 1984 that covers the GPC computers.
