I don't know about that. There are plenty of times I would have been as pleased as pie to have someone offer me a eight year old, half working display. Hell, I've paid three figures for Olivetti monitors with horrid burn-in, just soI could have the 'Fix workstation' item off of my mental checklist. The only thing I've learned from years in selling off-lease crap: "For everything that exists on earth, there is someone, somewhere, that will pay you to have it."
