Hello, I have the NCDbridge v. 4.0 software, and could send you a copy. I am still looking for XpressWare, unable to find. I use for host a Raspberry Pi with TFTP (can not get NSF to connect..), the Tektronix kernel (os.350) and other stuff is in /opt/tekxp/boot on the host.
