Indeed. I just stripped a ti800 printer with a rusty carriage slide
and recovered the 2102 RAMs. What I really need, at some point, is
a small handful of 4096 (4097?) 4Kx1 16 pin DRAMs (predecessor to the
4116) for my GORF machine, a Z80 with some 2114 video RAM and 16K of
DRAM. I've thought of replacing the RAM board with a modern SRAM; I've
got the schematics, but it's nice to have original parts.
