GRiD Systems, Inc. GRiDCase 3, circa 1985 had GRiD-DOS 2.11 ROMs.

True! It was also packaged with the early Kaypro PCs as I recall.

Not true.
DOS 2.1 was packaged with the PCjr.
2.11 was from microsoft and available later.
