He doesn't.. I've emailed him several times with questions about specific items or if he has the other bits of things that he listed, and he has never had the courtesy to reply. He does let me know when I've waited too long in his option to pay him, however (I try to group lots together to save on shipping). I have identified the buyer of the other tape.
