Yes, they're used in Sega cartridges too.
NEC also used these screws for the TurboGrafx 16 system. Nintendo used
them for all but the earliest games for the original NES system. The N64
and GameCube also use these screws.
I sold my TurboGrafx 16 about a year ago, and now wish I hadn't :P
