TMK the only *commonly* found MSX unit here in the US
was the Yamaha CX5, and I have that but never used it.
An interesting topic thats mostly foreign here.

An interesting topic thats mostly foreign here.
The CX5M isn't even all that common. It took me a bit to track one
down, although I was trying to find one with the piano keyboard, so
maybe that narrowed my options more than most. (I did find one, including
with software.)
However, there are also the almost-MSX Spectravideo units, and those
were heavily advertised. They're not impossible to find either.
