I don't recall the extact name of their product, but I believe it is just "Rubber Rejuvinator". It comes in a small 2 oz or so bottle, kind of a yellowish liquid, and stinks pretty bad (I have a bottle at work, alas, I am not at work to give you better details). I think when I bought it I paid about $3 for the bottle, and it has lasted a LONG time. RS staff being clueless? NO WAY!!!... They USED to sell it, that is where I bought my first bottle of it.
