AFAIK, both DOS and CP/M86 were available for it. It is not IBM compatible, though - neither the architecture nor the disk format - so attempting to boot from a PC disk won't achieve much. I have an Act Sirius-1 which I believe is a re-badged Victor 9000. If the worst comes to the worst I can attempt to copy some disks and snail-mail them to you. However I am in the UK and I imagine you are in the US, so you ought to be able to find people to help you nearer at hand... Philip.
