It's JDR, at least, and it's pricey (~$80). I put one of these in an
XT a few years ago, and it works like a charm. Even autodetects the
hard drive type(s).
I've heard of this being found on junk tables for $2-5, because it's
not obivous, unless you know what you're looking at, that it's not just
another old MFM controller from an XT.

If it has ISA bus either JADE, JAMCO or JDR I forget which, sells an
ISA-8 bit to standard IDE adaptor. What makes it nice is it has bios
support on it. Acculogic made one too at lone time.
