 there are some pretty decent 3-button PS/2-interface mice from SGI.
 The O2 workstation uses these. 
Also for Indys and Indigo^2s.  They're actually rebadged Logitech Pilot
PS/2 mice, made in "granite" grey.  The same mouse was also used by
DEC/Compac for Alphas, in off-white.
