Yes. That much is more-or-less in the part number (9316).

I know... I'll have to fiddle the 3 chip select lines (which are
how it differs from a 2716) to get it to read. Assume low-
true and work from there, most likely. 8 possibilities.
I was hoping the other numbers (4504 or KA53895) would
give a clue to what it was used in. As I said, I suspect
it's a character generator ROM, but there were many
standard types used in the 1970s, let alone plenty of
custom ones.
