They're DA-15's! The 'B' means the shell size of the DB25. If it's a
DB15,
it's that shell with 15 pins in it.

AFAIK, they boot fine, but you'll get the "?? 1" error on boot and the
system will
drop the the ROM monitor.. it'll run, but you won't be able to autoboot.
