Me, too! I've never seen tunnel diodes going for less than $50
each, so if I had a few thousand I'd sell most of 'em for $40 : )
Well that too, of course. ;) I'd love to have a bunch to build
cool things with, primarily the logic circuits Chuck alluded to.
I wonder if there's an easy discrete component circuit that
approximates the behavior of a tunnel diode with cheap parts. I
kinda doubt it.
