I just got an old AT&T PC 3600, but the monitor won't power up (no display activity at all). There used to be a VGA commected to the computer through another card, but the card was removed. Is it a possibility that the main video card (with the 25 pin connector) was somehow disabled? If so, How do I re-enable it? It doesn't appear that power is getting to the monitor.
