Oh, of course Eric! I just didn't want anyone going to the fuss of copying a whole handbook. What is it, about 150-200 pages in rather small format? I'm not really that picky, just considering the work a person would go through to make a xerographic copy. An extra original could turn up somewhere. Never give up! :)
