MK4027N? Its
also labelled S7748A.

I'm guessing its either 4K x 1, or 16K x 1, which would mean the
pdp8/a memory board I have is either the 32K or 128K model. I suppose
it could be 2K x 1 as well (there are only 3 ram sizes for this
board).
