It's neither. Those people aren't the owners of the Freeman PC Museum
and are attempting to perpetrate fraud, which is why Sellam was asking,
"Why are people doing this?"
Then I'd expect them to be NARU, instead of having voluntarily canceled
their
own auction.
(NARU: "not a registered user", after eBay boots them for fraud.)
I'd agree that pretending to be the Freeman PC Museum, putting up an
auction,
then canceling it, is really dumb. (All the "asking for trouble", with
none
of the possible upside.)

I was thinking the guy wanted to buy the rarer items (in the real Freeman
auction) and dump the rest here in the US to avoid having to deal with the
whole lot. After looking at both lists briefly they appear to be the same
(so much for that theory).
