I'm adding additional items that I feel are important; and while I certainly can't
force people to carry them all out - I can make it a condition/expectation of any deals
that *I* provide :)
Not to mention, those conditions are also provided to the equipment owners of the deals I
pass on, as I've found it generally makes them more comfortable/assured/willing to
part with the gear.
