Does anyone know what chip was used for the MITS serial boards? I thought
that it was the 6850, but I could be wrong.

I'm not sure why I belive this, but ISTR that it used an AY1013 UART. I've got
a listing of a CP/M BIOS for that card, so I can look it up, but not right away.
