Hello all,
we at hack42.nl just got our first AIM65 together with a SYM-1. the AIM
has custom roms, but it would be nice to have a standard version as
well. we have a eprom programmer, althoug it might be too new to service
4k eproms... anyway, we are looking for rom images for this machine.

When you find image files, check the pinouts, but I _think_ you'll
need to use 2532s because the sockets are pinned for 2332 mask
programmed ROMs. The common 2732s won't work in machines like the
AIM-65 (and the Commodore PET, etc) without a pin swapping socket
adapter. *With* an adapter, common 2732 EPROMs will work just fine.
Only a couple of pins have to be moved around.

Faster typing than me!
The ROMs are 2532 so you will need to make a little adapter or get 2532 chips from your
favorite vintage electronics supplier or eBay.

2332 is the mask ROM but I believe the EPROM version is TI 2532.
